About you

You will be a welcoming face of the hotel. You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and have a genuine passion for Hospitality.

About the role

Make a memorable first and last impression for our guests. As part of the Front Office department, you will be a key point of contact for guests and help in ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Welcome and farewell all guests;
  • Assist guests with queries on places of interest, directions, dining options, transport & local events;
  • Transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property;
  • Park and retrieve guest cars as part of the properties valet service.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Melbourne locations and hotspots
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous Opera system knowledge will be highly regarded
  • Full Australian Manual Driver's License
