Automotive Performance Parts Salesperson

RCE Performance Warehouse is seeking a passionate and driven Showroom Sales Person to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our product offerings, and working with them to come up with the best solution for them.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers in-store, understanding

their needs and offering tailored product advice.

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.

  • Process sales transactions and respond to enquiries via phone and email.

  • Manage multiple time-sensitive orders efficiently.

  • Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring items are damage-free and well-presented.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to expand your knowledge and skills.

  • Handle retail and wholesale sales, including interpreting parts manuals.

  • Assist with stock control, restocking, and showroom organisation.
