About the role

Aussie HVAC Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing expert air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repair and installation services to our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspect, diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration system
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing and cleaning on Aircon system
  • Install new air conditioning and refrigeration units
  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical advice to clients
  • Comply with all relevant safety and industry regulations
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all work completed
  • Support the wider team as needed to meet project deadlines and customer needs

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as an Aircon Technician, ideally in a similar commercial and residential HVAC services role
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, components and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Current driver's licence
