Medical Receptionist

Western Respiratory and Sleep is a new Practice compromising of 3 Doctors in Perth and one located in the South West. We are a team of dedicated professionals prioritising the delivery of high quality patient and health care services.

We are on the hunt for a vibrant, dedicated and customer focussed Medical Receptionist for our rooms which are located in Joondalup. We have other clinics in Highclere and in Canning Vale, therefore we require someone who is able to travel to cover in these locations for such situations as sick leave or holiday leave etc.

The position we are offering is permanent part time employment. The number of hours may increase with the needs of the business.

Ideally, you would thrive in a fast paced customer service environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adaptable to the changing needs of our growing clinics.

You would have Medical Receptionist experience and a friendly and caring disposition. We are looking for someone who is "switched on" and keen to learn our systems and to grow with us. You would need to be a great team player and have the ability to prioritise tasks. This Medical Reception experience is a deal breaker, you must have it.

Proficient in word processing and computer literate

Medical Reception Experience. Essential

Demonstrates initiative, self starting abilities, and effective multi tasking

Pays meticulous attention to detail

Excels in both team collaboration and independent work

Responsibilities:

Efficiently handling phone, email, and website enquiries.

Booking and managing patient clinic appointments with precision.

Facilitating the smooth operation of patient clinics.

Ensuring the Medical Centre maintains a tidy and presentable appearance, including engaging in general cleaning duties as necessary.
