Licensed Electrician (with Contractors Ticket) – Smoke Alarms & Safety Switches (No Roof Work)

We're a fast-growing smoke alarm compliance team looking for a licensed electrician with a current QLD Electrical Contractor Licence who wants more than a job, a clear pathway to ownership of the electrical smoke alarm division (subject to agreed milestones).

What you'll lead

  • Take control of the electrical side for smoke alarms: plan, deliver, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflow.
  • Inspect, test, install and upgrade domestic smoke alarms to current standards
  • Diagnose and replace RCDs (safety switches) efficiently.
  • Run your day like a business owner: manage jobs via the app, capture notes/photos, and keep stock tight and accountable.
  • Be the face of quality with tenants and property managers, clear communication, punctuality, tidy work, professional conduct.
  • Lift the customer experience in rentals and homes; protect our reputation and help grow recurring revenue.
  • Drive improvements: spot opportunities and refine processes.
  • Own compliance and safety, no shortcuts, ever.
  • Contribute to performance targets.
