Role Description

This is a contract role for a Level 1.5 Service Desk Engineer, located on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Service Desk Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks including technical support, troubleshooting, customer service, help desk support, and general service desk operations. This involves responding to and resolving technical issues, providing assistance to end-users, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
