• Technicians (experienced): waterproofing, protective coatings, injections, grinding, or concrete remediation.
• Labourers / Trainees: no experience? No problem – if you're hardworking and willing to learn, we'll train you from the ground up.
• Career pathway: strong performers can move quickly into Site Supervisor roles.

• Deliver quality waterproofing, coating, and remediation work on site.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
