About the Role

BB Recruitment Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Home Care Support Workers to join our team across Perth. You'll play a crucial role in helping clients live comfortably and safely at home while maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support clients with mobility, transport to appointments, or social outings
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
  • Deliver care that is respectful, person-centred, and culturally aware
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or home care (essential)
  • A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check & National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Manual Handling and Medication Competency
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
