Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end architecture and development using 
    Angular
    , 
    NgRx
    , and 
    Micro Frontend
    patterns.
  • Implement and maintain a hybrid styling strategy using 
    Tailwind CSS
     and 
    Angular Material
    .
  • Build and maintain a scalable 
    Design System
     or 
    Component Library
     to ensure consistency across products.
  • Ensure 
    pixel-perfect
    , 
    mobile-first
     UI implementation that adheres to 
    WCAG accessibility standards
    .
  • Define and maintain 
    CI/CD pipelines
     using 
    GitHub Actions
    , including build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Architect and support 
    AWS-based deployment environments
     for front-end applications.
  • Drive 
    unit testing
     using 
    Jasmine
     and 
    Karma
    , ensuring high test coverage and reliability.
  • Leverage 
    GitHub Copilot
     effectively, including prompt engineering and instruction writing, to accelerate development and improve code quality.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of front-end development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in 
    Angular (v15+)
    , 
    RxJS
    , and 
    NgRx
    .
  • Strong experience with 
    Tailwind CSS
     and 
    Angular Material
    , including integration strategies.
  • Proven experience with 
    Micro Frontend architectures
     (e.g., Webpack Module Federation).
  • Solid understanding of 
    WCAG accessibility standards
     and implementation practices.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    AWS deployment architectures
     and cloud-native front-end strategies.
  • Proficiency in 
    GitHub Actions
     for CI/CD automation.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    unit testing
     using 
    Jasmine
    and 
    Karma
    .
  • Experience using 
    GitHub Copilot
    , including crafting effective prompts and instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    IBM Verify
     and 
    IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Style Dictionary
    , 
    Storybook
    , or similar tools for design token and component documentation.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and analytics tools.
