Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced educators for the position of Teacher of Chinese and Humanities, commencing Term This is a full-time ongoing role.
The successful candidate will be expected to have experience teaching Chinese and Humanities (History, Geography and Commerce) across Years 7–10. The ability to teach Units 1–4 in VCE Chinese and/or one or more VCE Humanities or Commerce subjects is highly desirable.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who is committed to delivering engaging and intellectually stimulating learning experiences. At Ivanhoe Girls', staff work collaboratively to foster a creative and challenging educational environment that supports the growth and development of every student.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, all staff are expected to:
• Contribute to the School's wellbeing program;
• Participate in rostered supervision duties;
• Be actively involved in the School's co-curricular activities.
