We're looking for a reliable, full-time team member to join a small, fast-paced pawnbroking shop. No industry experience needed—we'll train you—but you'll need to be confident handling cash, dealing with customers, and working as part of a tight-knit team.

This is a permanent role, not seasonal or temporary. Ideal for someone looking for consistent full-time work with a team that values reliability, initiative, and common sense.

• Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
• Assist customers with sale, pawn loan and buy transactions
• Handle cash and manage stock movements
• Daily shop keeping duties
• Contribute to keeping the shop running smoothly

• Punctual and dependable
• Retail experience is a must
• Honest, friendly, and good under pressure
• Willing to work across a 2-week rotating roster, including Saturdays

• Full-time position
• 38 hours per week
• Based in Gosford NSW
• Start date: ASAP
