About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow as a skilled procurement professional, where you'll bring your passion for supplier excellence and make a meaningful impact across a wide range of procurement activities.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive strategic procurement planning by working closely with stakeholders and procurement leadership to prioritise your portfolio and align with business objectives.

  • Lead sourcing execution by guiding stakeholders in developing clear and detailed Statements of Work (SoWs), managing end-to-end sourcing processes, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms—including pricing, cost savings, risk mitigation, and innovation outcomes.

  • Manage contract performance across a high volume of existing agreements and new purchasing needs, tracking KPIs, identifying commercial opportunities, and reporting on cost savings and process improvements.

What's on offer

  • Career development opportunities to pursue your passion.

  • An attractive remuneration package that recognises the skills and experiences you will bring to the team.

  • A yearly performance bonus (variable) to reward your contributions.

  • Enjoy a monthly leisure day to do more of the things you love.

  • 16 weeks paid primary parental leave

  • Make a difference in our local communities with paid employee volunteering hours.

  • Social and diversity focused engagement opportunities.

What you can bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a procurement or commercial-focused role.

  • Solid understanding of business operations in a manufacturing environment.

  • A collaborative approach to building trusted supplier and stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong track record in managing RFI/RFP processes and negotiating high-value contracts.

  • Confidence in leading contract negotiations and influencing legal and procurement teams.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.

  • A natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.

  • A tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance or Commerce (desirable).

Additional information

  • Interviews may progress prior to the closing date, although all applications will be considered.

  • You will only be contacted if you are shortlisted for an interview, this process can take up to four weeks from the closing date.
