Lash, Brow & Skin Specialist

Mackay QLD | Casual or Part-Time (25-37hrs p/week) | Above award $$ p/hr + super + incentives

The Role:

  • Lash lifts and brow transformations (sculpt, dye, lamination)
  • Basic skin treatments with the opportunity to advance into advanced skin
  • Confident consultations with treatment planning and retail prescriptions

  • Creating a consistent and calm experience for every client

  • Showing up with professionalism, heart, and sparkle

Our Standards & Expectations:

  • A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is desirable (however any experience is great)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience is desirable (lashes, brows, and skin)
  • Willingness to learn, grow and receive feedback
  • A strong understanding of client care and long-term relationship building
  • Punctuality, presentation and personal accountability is a MUST
  • A true love for the industry and being part of a high-performance team
  • A drive to reach personal and clinic KPI's along with incentives
