Structural Engineers & Senior Structural Engineers – Sydney

A respected Tier 2 engineering consultancy with a growing presence in Sydney is looking to expand its Structures team with several talented Structural Engineers and Senior Structural Engineers. This isn't just any role, this could truly shape your career to the next level.

Structural Engineer (3–6 years experience)

  • Design, analysis, and documentation of building structures
  • Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work with a range of materials including concrete, steel, and timber

Senior Structural Engineer (7+ years experience)

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage the design and delivery of complex projects
  • Take responsibility for client communication and design coordination
  • Opportunity to specialise in advanced structural techniques and innovative materials

About You

  • Degree qualified in Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience in structural design and project delivery
  • Strong technical skills with experience in design/analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RAM Concept, RAPT)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Passionate about engineering innovation and high-quality outcomes
