THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the lookout for experienced Superintendents and Supervisors – Civil and Electrical – to join Gravity and be part of major projects across Australia's booming resources sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities

  • Supervise civil or electrical crews and subcontractors

  • Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers to meet deadlines

  • Ensure safety, quality, code and environmental compliance

  • Drive team performance and maintain high work standards

  • Conduct daily pre-starts toolbox meeting and preparing daily reports

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Superintendent or Supervisor on large-scale civil or electrical projects

  • Background in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial construction

  • Proven ability to manage site-based teams, subcontractors, and schedules

  • Strong understanding of HSE practices, quality control, and compliance standards

  • Experience working on FIFO rosters and in remote project environments (preferred)
