Skills and experience require to perform the role
- A tertiary qualification in the Youth Work, Social Sciences, Social Work or related field with some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications with work skills relevant experience.
- Demonstrated competency in preparing reports.
- Demonstrated skills in working with young people including the provision of individual support.
- Demonstrated experience developing programs and activities for young people using a youth participation approach.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
- A current Working with Children Check Card.
- Workplace First Aid.
- Local Government experience preferred.
