We're seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our dedicated team and drive excellence in early learning and development at My Best Me Early Learning Academy.

About the Role:

As our Educational Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our centre's educational philosophy and practices. You'll guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practices
• Mentor and coach educators to foster professional growth and innovation
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and team to achieve educational goals
• Champion inclusion, diversity, and positive learning outcomes for all children
• Monitor and enhance the quality of programs through regular assessments

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting with demonstrated leadership, mentoring or Educational Leader experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for inspiring others and building strong, collaborative teams
• Valid Working with Children Check
