About the Role

Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team making a real difference in the lives of people recovering from brain injury. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll lead innovative, person-centred rehabilitation across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

  • Lead complex, goal-based speech pathology care plans
  • Guide, mentor and support junior clinicians and assistants
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
  • Drive service improvement and patient-centred innovation
  • Strengthen statewide networks and models of care

About You

You're a dedicated, adaptable and collaborative clinician who's passionate about helping people rebuild communication and independence after brain injury. You bring advanced clinical skill, curiosity, and a drive to lead excellence in care and innovation.

  • Proven skill supporting adults with acquired brain injury
