Yard Person

This Monday to Friday role is about connection – supporting our crew, welcoming visitors, and making sure our workplace feels like home. What You'll Be Doing:

• General yard duties – keeping things tidy, organised, and safe.
• Dropping off and picking up employees from the airport.
• Assisting team members with vehicles and equipment.
• Cooking up a storm at BBQs – we love a good feed
• Being a friendly face around the yard – always happy to help.
• Chatting with customers and passing on feedback or concerns to management.
• Acting as a go-between for employees who may need support or have issues to raise.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, approachable personality – someone who's always up for a yarn.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and customers.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or yard experience is a bonus.
• A valid driver's licence (essential).
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and relay messages respectfully.
