Norm Flynn Smash Repairs is a long-established, locally owned business based in the heart of beautiful Busselton – a coastal town famous for its beaches, wineries, and relaxed lifestyle. We're a growing team of 18 professionals and are looking for a Qualified Panel Beater to join us.

About You
  • Trade-qualified Panel Beater
  • Previous experience in the collision repair industry
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to safety
  • Team player with a great attitude
What You'll Be Doing
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as per job sheets
  • Inspect parts for fitment and defects
  • Perform quality repairs to OEM standards
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised workspaces
  • Follow all OH&S and PPE guidelines
