As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Barwon Water's digital future. You'll lead the discovery, analysis, and design of solutions that enable transformation. In this role, you will prepare comprehensive business cases, including problem definition, options analysis, risk assessment and benefits, ensuring that all recommendations are robust and well-justified.

You'll analyse and document business processes and ensure technologies drive continuous improvement. Working across the organisation, you'll translate business needs into actionable requirements, and through collaboration will shape the implementation of digital strategies and provide mentoring to stakeholders.

Additionally, you'll support change management activities, including operational transition and business readiness, to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes. This is a fixed term contract until June 2028.
