About this opportunity:

We are seeking energetic, passionate, and driven Casual Chefs to join our award-winning Culinary Services team. You will join a diverse and supportive team who cater to world-class events held in our Convention, Exhibition and Theatre precinct.

No two days are the same and this unique opportunity will give you the chance to understand how to apply restaurant thinking to large-scale events. Our Kitchens focus on fresh, seasonal, and ethically sourced ingredients. Connecting the nutritional value in food to deliver the best possible environment for success.

We are excited to hear from qualified Chefs, (equivalent to a Demi Chef level) where you can experience our fast-paced Events kitchen environment. We have multiple roles available and can tailor how much you work, with up to 3-5 days per week available.
