Application Process

• You will have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate qualification within the LAST three years (February 2023- January 2026) and be available to commence full-time employment by January 2026.
• You will need a resume and a current copy of your academic transcripts.
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens, New Zealand Citizens, or Australian Permanent Residents with permanent Australian unlimited working rights.  The application form will request that you upload documents to support this status.
• Residing in Victoria to be eligible for employment with GWW.
• If you have chosen a location outside of your home State, you will need to relocate your own expense for the role.
• The final selection stage will be an in-person assessment centre, which is scheduled for Tuesday 28 October 2025.
• Throughout the two-year rotational program, you will have the opportunity to work across our offices in Sunbury, Footscray, Altona, Melton, and other operational sites within our service region. View our service region
