About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking a skilled Rigger/Dogman to join our team based in Adelaide. As a Rigger/Dogman, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on our construction sites. This is a casual position with full time hours working on a tunnel project.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing rigging and dogging duties to lift and move heavy loads safely
  2. Selecting, inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
  3. Providing guidance and direction to crane operators to ensure loads are lifted and transported properly
  4. Assisting in the planning and coordination of lifts to maximise efficiency and minimise risks
  5. Monitoring work areas and identifying and mitigating potential hazards
  6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. A valid Rigger/Dogman high-risk work licence
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Rigger/Dogman in a construction or industrial setting
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with crane operators and other site personnel
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex or challenging situations
  5. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocol.
