As a FIT HIIT Coach, you'll do more than coach classes. You'll be the heartbeat of the studio, delivering high-energy sessions that inspire, connect, and create unforgettable member experiences each and every session.

What you'll do

Lead world-class HIIT classes in both StudioONE and RUN Athletic.

Create powerful member connections that extend beyond the workout.

Drive participation and engagement, building energy in every class.

Maintain a polished, professional studio environment that reflects FIT's luxury standards.

Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team of instructors.

What we're looking for

Cert III/IV in Fitness, plus First Aid & CPR.

2+ years' group fitness/HIIT instruction experience.

Dynamic communication and coaching skills.

Passion for innovation and premium member experiences.

Professional presentation aligned with FIT's luxury positioning.

Availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
