Scaffolding Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Scaffolding Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Quick Stage scaffolding systems, capable of scaffold design using iScaf software and possess strong site and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily scaffolding operations on site
• Design and plan scaffold structures using iScaf
• Schedule works and manage labour resources effectively
• Conduct and document 30 day scaffold inspections
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure seamless operations
• Identify and resolve problems on site quickly and efficiently
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all scaffolding works meet health & safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scaffolding supervision
• Proficient with Quick Stage scaffolding systems
• Competent in scaffold design using iScaf or similar software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Relevant scaffolding qualifications/tickets
• Computer literate - confident with software and reporting tools
