• Diagnose and Prescribe: Accurately assess complex HVAC hygiene issues, from ductwork contamination to microbial growth in AHUs, and prescribe the most effective and compliant remediation strategy, referencing standards like AS/NZS 3666 and NADCA guidelines.
  

• Execute with Precision: Demonstrate a deep understanding of advanced techniques, including negative air pressure containment, appropriate antimicrobial treatments, and the correct application of sealants and coatings.
  

• Champion Safety: Possess an unwavering commitment to WHS/OH&S. You don't just follow safety protocols for high-risk tasks like confined space entry and working at heights; you lead from the front, instilling a safety-first culture in your team through comprehensive planning and dynamic toolbox talks.
