These positions provide a significant opportunity to excercise educational leadership to improve learning and teaching within the Mathematics and Religious Education Learning Areas.
Key responsibilities for these roles include:
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative, high-quality curriculum programs aligned with Victorian Curriculum, VCE and College values.
- Champion evidence-based teaching and assessment practices that inspire learning and lift student outcomes.
- Mentor and empower Learning Area staff through collaboration, professional growth and shared expertise.
- Oversee operations including assessment, reporting, audits, excursions, resources and budgets with efficiency and vision.
- Create rich opportunities for students to extend their learning beyond the classroom through enrichment, community and service programs.
- Play a key role in College life by coordinating exams, supporting awards, and showcasing learning through communications and events.
The successful applicants will work within an supportive and inclusive environment, in the natural surroundings of Melbourne's beautiful Dandenong Ranges.
These positions are 0.2 FTE, and can be incorporated into a full-time teaching position at the College.
