As an experienced B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you know that tropical conditions test more than just endurance—they test systems, standards, and your ability to stay sharp under pressure.
At Hardy Aviation, you'll be maintaining a fleet that operates year-round in some of the most challenging conditions in the country—from humid wet season days to remote airstrips across the Territory. Our aircraft, including Cessna 400's, Caravans and Fairchild Metros, support essential services that keep communities connected and the spark alive in our engineers
The Opportunity
We're seeking a full time experienced Avionics LAME to join our CASA Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation in Darwin.
You'll be working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in doing things right—maintaining a diverse fleet to exacting standards and supporting safe, reliable operations across the Territory.

Essential Skills & Experience
- CASA B2 Licence
- Sound knowledge of CASA regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems and Human Factors in Aviation Safety
- Eligible to hold an ASIC
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Able to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with Cessna Caravans and 400/200 series aircraft
- Knowledge of IAS
- SA227 Metro experience
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday roster with two day shifts (no night shift)

- Remuneration from $150k + superannuation
