About the Apprenticeship
We're currently seeking a junior apprentice Tiler to join our team, working across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who's passionate about building a career in the construction industry and eager to learn a skilled trade.
You'll work full-time (minimum 38 hours per week) while completing a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (CPC31320).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reading plans and measuring surfaces for tile layout
- Preparing surfaces by removing old tiles, filling cracks, and smoothing walls
- Cutting tiles to size and laying them with precision
- Applying adhesives and waterproofing materials
- Performing manual labour and assisting with site preparation
About You:
- Genuinely interested in tiling and working in the building industry
- Committed to undertaking a 48-month apprenticeship
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Physically fit and ready for manual work
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Comfortable with drug and alcohol testing as part of the role
- Willing to obtain a White Card before or during employment (at your own expense if required)
