About the Role
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and forecasting. You will play a key role in building financial processes that support our aspirations for sustainable growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Develop and implement robust financial controls, processes, and systems across the business.

Provide insightful, data-driven financial advice to support commercial decisions.

Manage compliance with statutory requirements including BAS, payroll tax, and annual audits.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in costing, inventory, and supply chain financial management.

Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Who You Are

A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Proven experience in a similar Financial Controller or senior finance role, ideally in a product or e-commerce-driven business.

CA or CPA qualified, with a deep understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance.

Proficient in financial modelling, ERP systems (NetSuite desirable), and Excel.

Comfortable navigating both the big picture and the day-to-day.

Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
