Position

Casual – preference given to candidates living nearby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including order taking and table service
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean, organised dining area
  • Daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in both front and back of house

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year barista experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, energetic, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
