Assistant Manager – Naga Thai, Southbank

Full Time/Starting ASAP/Salary from 75k neg

We are on the hunt for a switched on Assistant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team at Naga Thai, a new modern Thai restaurant in Southbank, Brisbane.

If you have experience running floor teams, can take a shift from doors open to pack-down, and know how to keep both guests and staff happy under pressure – we want to hear from you.

About The Role

You will be working closely with the General Manager to keep the floor running smoothly. That means

Leading lunch and dinner services

Managing a team of experienced floor staff

Opening and closing the venue

Handling cost control and day to day operational decisions

Being a part of the opening team and getting to set the tone from day one

Who Are We Looking For?

You have done this before (or something close to it) – this isn't your first rodeo. You know how a restaurant ticks, how to get the best out of your team, and how to keep your cool when it gets hectic. Wine knowledge? Bonus. Experience with Asian food? Even better

All up, we are after someone who genuinely loves hospitality and can bring that energy to the floor every shift.
