If you are passionate about fine wine, The Reserve Cellar is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Casual Bottle shop Attendant to join our Team. Whether you're a seasoned hospitality professional or simply have a keen interest in wine and want to learn more, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting premium wines, spirits, and beers
  • Maintain stock levels, displays, and store cleanliness
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • Unpack deliveries and replenish shelves
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and contribute to a high-end retail experience
  • Support the Team with general store duties as required

About You:

  • Previous retail or hospitality experience (bottle shop or wine knowledge is a strong advantage)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • RSA Certificate and eligibility to work in Australia (required)
  • Drivers License
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
