We're seeking an experienced Operator to join the team at a major coal mining operation near Blackwater.

About the Role

You will be operating various size Dump Trucks within a busy production environment whilst ensuring you are working safely and efficiently across site haulage operations. You will consistently follow all site procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

Roster: 7 on / 7 off - rotating day and night shifts

Hours: Wednesday to Monday (12.5-hour shifts) + Tuesday (9-hour shift)

Required experience

  • Proven experience operating Haul Trucks within a mining or heavy industrial environment
  • Experience on CAT789, CAT793, KOMATSU 830E, or HITACHI EH5000 trucks highly desirable
  • Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and relevant regulations
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork
  • Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface)
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence
  • QLD Coal Board Medical
  • Applicable Coal Competencies
