TASKS REQUIRED OF TECHNICIAN:

- Analyzing software and hardware prerequisites to devise problem-solving solutions.

- Addressing inquiries related to hardware and software issues.

- Modifying existing programs to fulfill user needs.

- Setting up and acquiring suitable software applications.

- Ensuring effective utilization of applications and devices.

- Establishing computer networks.

- Creating and upholding websites.

- Rectifying and substituting peripheral devices like terminals, printers, and modems.

- Providing support for computer systems and peripherals through hardware installation, configuration, testing, diagnosis, and mending.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a CCTV Installer and an IT Service Professional, the skills and qualities that you are expected to have are to cover areas such as hardware and software integration, problem-solving, servicing, sales, and technical support, with knowledge of the latest technologies available today.

The responsibilities that you will require are to meet and carry out the daily requirements that are associated with the job and to carry out assignments on behalf of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid Driver's Licence

- Police Security Check (or the ability to gain one)

- White Card (or the ability to gain one)

- Ability to work at heights and confined spaces

- Ability to read and speak English at a conversational level

WORKING HOURS:

Needs to be available FULL TIME, Monday - Friday.

May also need to work occasional weekends during busy time periods (Christmas, Easter etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
