What You'll Do
As a Gym Instructor at WSAC, you'll:
- Provide one-on-one support and expert guidance to members
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all fitness levels
- Offer tailored advice on exercise techniques and motivate clients to reach their full potential
- Design and deliver innovative, goal-based workout programs for individuals and groups
- Monitor participation, correct technique, and ensure safety at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking passionate professionals who bring:
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work varied hours and support a diverse client base
- Genuine enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and inspiring others
