Occupational Therapist

We are seeking expressions of interest from Occupational Therapists to join our growing Hand Therapy team at one or more of our clinic locations (Joondalup, Belmont, Midland, Bibra Lake, Rockingham), depending on your location and travel preferences.

Graduate OTs will benefit from structured support, hands-on mentoring, and access to ongoing professional development. We also welcome final-year students with a demonstrated drive to work in the area and are interested in commencing as an OTA this year, with the opportunity to receive additional training and transition into an OT role once registered.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and progressive environment. Working alongside renowned WA hand surgeon Dr. Sharon Chu, as well as Medical Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Exercise Physiologists, all committed to providing personalised, holistic care to our clients.

What we Need

• Tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy
• Experience in hand therapy private practice and worker's compensation
• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Extensive experience in assessment, planning and intervention in the area of hand and upper limb, including diagnosis, orthoses fabrication, treatment and discharge planning
• High level communication skills and ability to work and communicate in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to the personal and professional development
• Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded by the AHTA (Desirable), or working towards accreditation
• National police clearance certificate
