This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience to ensure you can deliver exceptional patient care from day one.

Your Impact

• Patient Care & Reception: Be the welcoming face of our practice, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.

• Optical Support: Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their vision needs and lifestyle.

• Practice Administration: Handle billing, stock control, and supplier coordination. Healthcare administrative experience is essential to effectively manage practice operations, patient records, and medical billing requirements.

• Technology & Communication: Use Microsoft 365 and Teams to streamline workflows and support team collaboration

What You Bring

• Experience in optical dispensing, medical reception, or practice administration. Previous healthcare industry experience is preferred to help you understand patient needs and medical practice requirements.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams.

• Knowledge of optical practice software (Optomate or similar) is a plus.

• A genuine interest in helping people achieve their best vision.
