Position Available

Queenwood is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Rowing Coach and Boat Person to join our Rowing Program. This role plays a key part in supporting the development of our rowers across Years 8–12 through expert coaching, fitness training, and equipment management.

Working closely with the Director of Rowing and Director of Sport, the successful candidate will provide high-quality coaching across the Senior, Intermediate, and Junior Squads, contribute to training camps and regattas, and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of boats and related equipment.

This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with additional casual hours during the rowing season (October–April), including some weekend and public holiday work.
