The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll take on a mix of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining and repairing winery machinery, plant, and equipment
  • Performing cutting, welding, fitting, and fabrication—especially with stainless steel
  • Designing and customising parts and tools to meet specific needs
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and staying on top of schedules
  • Following all safety protocols and company procedures

About You

You're proactive, safety-first, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You're detail-driven, organised, and always looking for ways to improve. A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines is highly regarded. The right candidate will bring:

  • Solid mechanical skills and hands-on experience
  • A knack for troubleshooting and solving problems on the fly
  • A strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
