About Us

FreshScreens is a rapidly growing Melbourne-based shower screen business known for quality workmanship, great customer service, and a no-fuss attitude. We're looking for a skilled, reliable tradesperson to join our team as a full-time Glazier.

This is a long-term role for someone with proven experience who can confidently handle installs across various locations in Melbourne.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower screens
  • Install pool fences, balustrades and other glass/aluminum products
  • Conduct site measures and assess conditions accurately
  • Handle and transport glass safely
  • Liaise with customers on-site in a professional manner
  • Pick up and order materials as required
  • Complete daily job assignments through our scheduling system
  • Travel to multiple job sites across Melbourne

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a glazier
  • Experience with pool fences/balustrades/shower is MUST (do not apply if you dont have experience)
  • Experience with all types of screens (frameless, semi, framed)
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport (glass ute or van a bonus)
  • Trade qualification (glazier or related) essential
  • A can-do attitude and pride in quality workmanship
