We are looking for someone switched on and ready to learn. This is a Loan Processor role, but really, it is your foot in the door to a fast growing mortgage business on the Sunshine Coast.

You will be the link between our clients, lenders, brokers, and support team. You will be keeping applications moving, updating clients, and making sure every loan settles on time.

If you are detail oriented, organised, and want a real career path, not just a job, we will train you properly and help you grow.

What you will do:

• Track loan applications from submission through to settlement

• Call, email, and text clients with updates and next steps

• Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, brokers, and our admin team

• Keep everything up to date and moving inside our CRM

• Spot issues early and solve problems before they become dramas

What we are looking for:

• Clear communicator on phone, email, and text

• High attention to detail and good with checklists

• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Friendly, positive attitude with energy

• No mortgage experience needed, just someone who wants a real start
