What You'll Do:
As a C++ Software Engineer, you'll design and deliver ultra-fast, reliable software that powers real-time trading. Your work will directly influence decision-making systems and infrastructure performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining high-performance C++ applications in latency-sensitive environments
  • Collaborating closely with Traders, Quants, and Engineers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Developing creative automation solutions based on internal client needs
  • Taking ownership of the full development lifecycle—from concept through deployment
  • Balancing performance with testability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Working across greenfield projects and complex legacy systems
  • Navigating technical trade-offs between speed, simplicity, and robustness

About You:

  • Expert C++ developer, familiar with the latest standards
  • Confident working in Linux environments
  • Skilled in communicating with stakeholders and gathering requirements
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver with a bias for action
  • Comfortable working independently on new projects
  • Familiarity with Python, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Prior finance or trading experience not required—curiosity is key

Exceptional salary on offer - $500k-$750k based on experience
