Are you an experienced Drill Fitter looking for your next challenge?

Rock on Ground (ROG) is seeking skilled and motivated Drill Fitters to join our team.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience maintaining Sandvik DPI1500 drill rigs
  • Strong diagnostic skills, including the ability to identify faults, defects, and required repairs
  • Demonstrated capability in performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on drill rigs and associated equipment
  • Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across drills, light vehicles, loaders, trucks and other site equipment
  • Competent in maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, logs and documentation
  • Effective collaboration with operations teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring safety, maintenance and production objectives are met
  • Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and team performance

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR preferred)

  • Relevant Trade Certificates
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Full Australian working rights
