The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Residential Mortgage Writer
to join our growing team. You'll work with a steady stream of warm, quality leads and have the support of a knowledgeable and collaborative team around you.

ideal for someone looking to cut the commute and build a strong client base within their own community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Guide clients through the home loan process from start to finish

Prepare, package, and submit loan applications

Nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners

Ensure compliance with internal and external policies

Promote our brand and help grow the residential portfolio

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in residential mortgage writing

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Strong knowledge of lending processes, documentation & settlements

Exceptional communication, relationship-building & attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
