About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist (Dual Qualified – Hygiene and Therapy) to join our Sydney team. This full-time role is worked across four days, with Wednesdays as an RDO, offering you a balance of career fulfilment and personal wellbeing.

You'll take pride in delivering comprehensive oral health care across your full scope of practice, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive examinations, diagnosing conditions, and taking radiographs
  • Providing preventative care and periodontal treatments
  • Performing restorative procedures, including fillings and simple extractions
  • Managing emergency care and discussing treatment options with patients
  • Delivering hygiene and maintenance for implant patients
  • Performing whitening treatments
  • Supporting clear aligner orthodontic management under the guidance of a primary dentist

About You

You are a confident, caring, and highly skilled Oral Health Therapist who takes pride in creating outstanding patient experiences. You combine clinical precision with warmth and empathy, helping patients feel at ease while achieving their healthiest, most confident smile.

You'll bring:


• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist


• Current AHPRA registration (including hygiene and adult scope)


• CBCT licence


• Strong restorative and periodontal skills


• Clear aligner orthodontic and implant experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences
