Are you a Speech Pathologist passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families? Educational Case Management is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full Time Speech Pathologist to join our vibrant teamat our Rutherford Clinic.

You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals, including Psychologists, Counsellors, Behavioural Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. This role reports directly to our Speech Pathology Team Manager and will join a well-established team of Speech Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Speech Pathologists that range from New Graduates to 3+ years experience, across both clinic locations (Hamilton and Rutherford).
  • Participate in Peer Support with team members within allocated Peer Support/PD time.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and monitor own productivity levels with guidance from Team Manager
  • Assist with planning professional development day/s when required
  • Promote evidence-based practice, including the implementation of structured therapy approaches (e.g., HANEN, Sounds-Write, DIR Floortime, AAC, etc.).
  • Participate in the delivery of group programs
  • Ensure culturally safe, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
  • Educate and empower families, caregivers, and educators to support therapy outcomes in daily life
  • Participate in regular case reviews, multidisciplinary meetings, and ongoing team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes aligned with professional standards
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practice

What We're Looking For:

  • SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist for 1+ years
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS, disability, and paediatric care
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A commitment to person-centred, holistic care

Essentials:

  • Employee Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current Driver Licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid & Mental Health First Aid Certification
  • Recognised qualification/s in Speech Pathology
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Ability to work our clinic hours 8am-5pm

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year plus superannuation, and will be commensurate with Qualifications and Experience.
