At Barbeques Galore, we live and breathe outdoor entertaining. From firing up the perfect steak on a Ziggy to setting up dream outdoor kitchens, we help our customers make every weekend feel like a celebration.

Now we're looking for a Full-Time Sales Team Member to join our Tuggerah crew — someone who's as passionate about great service as they are about a good snag

What you'll do:

• Deliver an outstanding in-store experience for every customer
• Achieve sales targets by offering solutions that suit customer needs
• Learn and share product knowledge across our BBQ, heating, and outdoor furniture ranges
• Assist with store presentation, merchandising, and stock management
• Work as part of a supportive team that loves a laugh but gets results

What you'll bring:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A passion for outdoor entertaining and lifestyle products
• Willingness to learn and grow with our training and development programs
• Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
