Benefits To You:-
- Qualified Co-ordinator Roles
- Permanent Part-Time Role-- Available across the 5-day week (between Monday to Friday)
- Earn up to $36 per hour, plus Superannuation
- 20-30 hours+ per week- Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care periods
- Split Shift Allowance

- Daily fuel allowance for travel from the resident to the work location more than 25km on shift days
About the role:-
- A reliable motor vehicle to drive to and from the work site.
- Have fun, and deliver rewarding, engaging programs that guide children to explore, ignite curiosity, learn and play at our OSHC.
- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Support and lead the program planning, preparation, and service delivery to the company and regulatory standards and policies.
- Ability to document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.
- Support and delivery of industry standard requirements (NQF, Child Care Regulations) and with knowledge of the sector.
- Provide and support a caring environment that is safe, clean, and nurturing for families and the school community.
- Ability to create respectful relationships with children, families and the school community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our goals and values of giving every child the best caring environment.
- Ability to use and navigate technology (emails, software, work, printer, tablet, Apps).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is preferred.
- Working towards an approved Diploma Level qualification or has completed a minimum Diploma level qualification in either the Early Years, School Aged, Education or Allied Health sector.
- Hold a First Aid level 4 certificate or be willing to complete.
- Willing or has completed the Government Child Safe Training prior to employment commencement.
- Hold a Working With Children Check (P- Status)
